If you are an existing patient, you can book your appointment directly from our website. Online scheduling follows our same scheduling policy, where appointments are available for the same day or next day only. If there are no appointments available for those days, an option for the third day will be presented.
Appointments can only be scheduled with your Primary Care Physician (PCP) online. If you are unable to find a suitable appointment time with your PCP, please call our office to speak with one of our scheduling specialists at 480-607-0060.

DIRECTIONS TO OUR OFFICE
Please note: Our new location is in the same parking lot as our old location, but in a different building. Be sure to review the driving directions, as well as the directions for parking and entering the building.
PARKING/ENTERING THE BUILDING
Please park in the uncovered parking on the south side of the 20940 Building. The only entrance to the building is on the south side at the ground level. You will see an elevator immediately upon entering the lobby. Please proceed to the third floor, then look for the signs directing you to our office.
